Is an online space where owners who know they want to be able to disappear from their business, for whatever reason, permanently or temporarily, can come together and learn how, by doing it for themselves.  With support from each other and from me.

What will it change?

It will change your relationship with your business.  You'll relate to it less as your baby, dependent on you for everything, and more like a growing child.  Who has a life of their own, no matter how much they take after you.   You'll be happy to see it growing, gaining in independence, until it's ready to take over your mission.

How does it work?

Initially, you'll sign up for 3 months (13 weeks).  
 
We'll start on the first day with a group welcome session, where we'll get to know each other's goals and challenges, our reasons for being in the Club and how we'll measure its success.  

Then we'll dive straight into a group workshop, where you'll start to define how you open for business every day - by way of a warm-up for using the OurScore software platform to think about and design your own unique Customer Experience Score.

Once you've got the hang of how you 'Open for Business', you'll be able to design how you 'Close for Business' yourself.

Once you're  happy with those parts of your Score, you'll move on to defining your unique Promise of Value.  This is an exercise you'll undertake with your team, capturing the results in OurScore as Props to be used later.  

Your unique Promise of Value is the foundation for designing your Customer Experience Score going forward, so it's important to do this early on, before you get further into the design process.

Every Friday I'll hold a mastermind session where you can share progress, get help with challenges or simply see what everyone else has been up to.

In between, you'll work on your own Score, within your own private and secure area of OurScore.

You'll be able to share work, notes and questions with anyone in the Club at our weekly masterminds.    You can also ask for feedback, help or a sounding board, simply by asking anyone else in the Club (including me)  for a quick 'watercooler' meeting.

You'll get your own secure, private space on OurScore.business, where you can design and refine your Customer Experience Score.  

Your initial Score comes ready-populated with top-level diagrams that you can customise completely to suit the way you want your business to work.  

You'll also get access to an ever-growing library of 'patterns' - commonly occurring snippets that you can make your own.

We’ve designed the Customer Experience Score(TM) for use by humans for other humans.

Our notation is simple. Anyone can read it, and with a little help from us, anyone can compose with it.  There are only 2 kinds of symbol and hardly any rules.  

That means you can skip unnecessary detail, concentrating on the essentials of what has to happen. You can be as jazz or as classical as you want.  You can use your brain and your heart to compose your Score.  

Once written, your Score becomes available on the cloud, accessible everywhere with an internet connection. It contains everything your people need to understand and play your beautiful music well.

The workbooks for defining your Promise of Value are built into the software, so answering the questions will generate results you can use later, but if you prefer to read things, you'll also get access to these workbooks as a separate document.

You'll get a live workshop to define your 'Open for Business', plus weekly Friday Masterminds with me and your fellow Disappearing Bosses.   We'll hold you accountable, and help you along when you need it.

All workshops and Mastermind sessions will be recorded for you to access whenever you like.

What’s the investment? 

Membership will be £96 per week including VAT.  

We ask you to commit to the first 3 months, by paying the first 13 weeks fees (£1,248) upfront.  After that, payment can be taken weekly, monthy or annually, as you prefer, and you are free to leave whenever you like.  

You will also need to invest time.  

This is not a quick fix.  It’s a structural transformation that delivers results from the beginning.  Which is why we ask you to commit for 3 months.  Expect it to take between 8 and 12 months altogether.

You're in control, so you can work at your own pace, but to see the kind of progress that will keep you motivated, allow between 4 and 8 hours a week to spend on writing your Score.

What’s the return? 

The biggest return on your investment is intangible.  And can only be valued by you.  

What is it worth to you to be able to spend evenings and weekends with your family?  What is it worth to you to be able to take a proper holiday, without ever looking at your phone or laptop?   What is the value of having confidence that your business can outlast you?

What if I don’t like it? 

If you really don't feel you've had any value from this 3-month experiment, you can have your money back.   No quibble.  You can extract the work you've done and take it with you as a pdf file, but you'll lose access to the Club and your OurScore account.

What if I really like it?

I'll be absolutely delighted!  We'll switch your payments to whatever interval works for you (weekly, monthly, annually), and you can carry on as a member until you are ready to leave.

What if I just want to pause?
